Fall 2024 & Summer 2025 Co-op

Cincinnati Incorporated is a build-to-order machine tool manufacturer based in Harrison, Ohio. Founded in 1898, they are one of the leading U.S. manufacturers of metal fabrication machinery including laser cutting machines, press brakes, shears, and automation. Focusing on innovation, reliability and long-term support, Cincinnati Incorporated is dedicated to understanding its customers’ needs and works closely with customers to create unique engineering solutions to enhance productivity and profitability.

During my two Co-op rotations, I researched industry trends to bring fresh and innovative ideas to new print advertisements, social media graphics, website content, as well as blog articles and email campaigns. I designed promotional posters, advertisements, banners, and website content for their largest industry trade show Fabtech, ensuring consistent branding and visual impact to help increase booth traffic and brand visibility.

FABTECH is North America’s largest metal forming, fabricating, welding, and finishing convention. I contributed to multiple marketing and design projects for this annual event to showcase Cincinnati Incorporated’s latest exciting and innovative products in the industry.


FABTECH 2025

I helped design Cincinnati Incorporated’s booth graphics for Fabtech 2025 during my summer Co-op. Cincinnati Incorporated wanted to communicate their pride in being an American-owned manufacturer using imagery of the skylines of Cincinnati, Chicago, and New York City.

  • Cincinnati represents the company’s origins and history.

  • Chicago is where Fabtech 2025 will be held and where CI will be bringing their latest press brake and laser technology.

  • New York City represents CI’s sponsorship with the Tunnel to Towers Foundation, which provides mortgage-free homes to families of fallen first responders and veterans, originated to help victims from September 11th, 2001.

XFORM Press Brake Advertisement

Cincinnati Incorporated’s marketing initiative for the quarter was focused on the XFORM press brake’s reliability and ease of use for machine operators. I collaborated with the marketing director to create a visual solution.

The ad ran October-December 2024 and was featured in several metal fabricating magazines:

  • The Fabricator

  • FF Journal

  • Canadian Fab & Weld

  • FabShop Magazine

I adjusted the layout and contents of the design for various print dimensions.

Email Campaigns

Hendrick Motorsports Open House Event

Cincinnati Incorporated’s partnership with Hendrick Motorsports includes an annual open house event at the Hendrick campus featuring CI machines and a custom-wrapped CI branded Chevrolet on display for participants to view and experience. The No. 24 Cincinnati Incorporated Chevrolet will be on the track during upcoming races in fall of 2025 and 2026.

To promote this Open House event and exciting partnership, I designed an email invitation featuring a GIF animation of the No. 24 CI car resulting in one of the largest turnouts over the years.
