Hocking Hills T-Shirt Design

Summer 2025

I created a Sasquatch t-shirt design for my family vacation to Hocking Hills, Ohio. My family has always been my biggest supporters of my art and creativity, so I was very excited to have the opportunity to make t-shirts for everyone.

Creativity & Concept Development Training

Spring 2024 | Training Course

I was fortunate to participate in an intensive training course led by a design professional, exploring the partnership between marketing and design. I gained experience in identifying marketing objectives to strategically impact a targeted audience and practiced capturing attention using creative design techniques to incite viewer’s response.

Past Projects

Nothing Happens Album Redesign

Fall 2023

The objective of this project was to recreate an existing album as a vinyl record and communicate the concept and attitude of the album using photography, typography, and layout design. I chose to recreate Wallows' album Nothing Happens.

Typographic Poster Series

Spring 2023

The objective of this project was to research three historical social movements (Mothers of the Plaza de Mayo, Chibok's Bring Back Our Girls, Black Lives Matter), determine a common theme that these three movements share, and to design a typographic poster series that represents and honors these movements to promote a fictitious event.

The theme of this project was "unSEEN". With this theme, my goal was to create complexity and contrast in my posters to enable the audience to better understand the common purpose and “deep hunger” of these social movements.

This theme inspired me to create the best stylistic approach and typographic methods for my posters, which involved a combination of analog and digital methods using opacity, proximity, fragmentation, and paradox.

Illustrations

A collection of some illustrations I have done through my fine art classes and in my free time. The mediums I used included soft and oil pastels, scratchboard, and printmaking with a collage of recycled materials and textiles.
